About Moore Aprons

After receiving my sewing machine as a Christmas gift from my parents, I learned how to use it by making a few aprons for gifts for my mother-in-law and two sister-in-laws (pictured on the home page). I was hooked! Since then, I've learned how to make oven mitts, potholders, coasters, tea cozies, and more!

Since day one, Sona, my "Project Manager," was often with me in the craft room, checking on my progress while looking out onto her patio. Even though she is no longer here, her presence lingers as I fulfill orders.

When I'm not sewing, I love spending time with my husband, Jimmy. I recently completed my master's degree in library and information science. I also enjoy cross-stitching, baking, gardening, reading, jigsaw puzzles, and cozy video games.
